Privacy policy
This explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
What we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us using one of the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Exhibit with us form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website or Instagram, details about your work, preferred dates and any images you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, for exhibition enquiries, to discuss a possible exhibition with you. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored securely on our website and a copy is emailed to our shop inbox. A small number of trusted service providers handle this for us: our website host, and Postmark, which delivers the website's emails. They only process your information on our behalf. We never sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for up to 12 months so we can follow up on enquiries, then delete them. If you exhibit with us, we may keep your contact details for longer while we're working together.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our Visit Us page includes an embedded Google Map, and Google may set cookies when the map loads. You can read about this in Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
