Interested in exhibiting at Green’s Gallery?
Green’s Gallery welcomes exhibition proposals from emerging and established artists. If you have a strong creative voice and a collection you’d like to showcase, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer bookings for one- or two-week exhibitions.
One week: £750
Two weeks: £1,200
Each booking runs from Thursday at 1.30pm until the following Wednesday at 1.30pm.
This structure allows for setup time before the exhibition opens to the public.
Your booking includes full use of Green’s Gallery during business hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9am–5.30pm
Sunday: 11am–4pm
Wi-Fi, lighting, and heating
STAS hanging system with cords and hooks for artworks of various sizes
You may also host a Private View on Thursday from 6–8pm.
If you require a professional hanging service, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
It is the responsibility of the artist to ensure the exhibition is staffed whenever it is open to the public.
You may choose to open for selected days (for example, weekends only) or to be present throughout the exhibition period.
If no one is available to staff the gallery at a given time, the gallery will remain closed and a “Gallery Closed” sign will be displayed. Please let us know your preferred opening days and times in advance.
All sales are handled directly by you.
Green’s does not take any commission.
If a customer wishes to purchase a piece when you are not present, you must ensure a method of payment or transfer is arranged. Green’s cannot process sales on your behalf.
Green’s Gallery holds public liability insurance; however, all artworks are displayed at your own risk.
We cannot accept responsibility for theft, damage, or loss, and therefore strongly recommend arranging your own insurance if required.
We support your show by:
Posting on the gallery Instagram before and during your exhibition
Displaying a pavement sign announcing the show
Placing your flyer (if supplied) on our noticeboard
Featuring one artwork of your choosing in the shop window
You are encouraged to promote the exhibition through your own channels as well.
The gallery measures approximately 5m × 6m, with a ceiling height of 2.6m.
A full floor plan with wall measurements is available on request.

Your dates are only secured once confirmed with us. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your exhibition starts.
